• Overall responsible to drive change and drive improvement in HSQ performance and ensure HSQ is embedded in the culture.
• Overall responsible to develop and maintain the HSQ Management system for the country, including certification, reporting, auditing and inspections. Drives HSQ performance, compliance and quality
• Participates in Group initiatives and drives the initiatives.
• Overall responsible for the HSQ workstream during transition of new accounts.
• Supports operations in embedding HSQ in their operations. Establishes and implements strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results in alignment with parent/independent organisation objectives.
• Conduct regular audits, site visits and audits across Country business units to verify compliance with internal HSE procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support commercial opportunities in the area of health, safety and environment
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to promote best practices and shared learning.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and regulatory inspections.
• Prepare assurance reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HSE systems, policies, and processes.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Business experience in the field if health and safety area
• A Graduate in a health, safety & environmental related degree (or similar level recognized qualification)
• A good understanding of HSE Management systems
• Fluent English both speaking and writing
