Our partner in the aviation industry is looking for an HR Operations Assistant to provide operational and administrative support.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- International HR Administration: Manage and execute HR processes for employees based in various global locations.
- Data Management: Execute employee data updates and complete administrative transactions with high levels of speed and precision.
- Workflow Oversight: Evaluate and authorize Employee Self-Service requests while adhering to established internal protocols.
- System Maintenance: Build, update, and manage organizational position data within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Technical Support: Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM to facilitate HR administration and safeguard data integrity.
- Document Control: Oversee HR documentation and personnel records in strict accordance with document management standards.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all activities align with relevant internal procedures, navigating different process frameworks as required.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly audit data quality to identify and resolve discrepancies or escalate complex issues.
- Stakeholder Assistance: Offer professional administrative guidance and support to internal stakeholders with a service-first mindset.
- Global Coordination: Collaborate with HR peers worldwide and specialized support teams at headquarters to ensure seamless administrative operations.
- Information Security: Manage sensitive personnel information with the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support, preferably within an HR environment
- Intermediate level of English and French language knowledge in written and spoken
- Strong data entry and administrative processing skills
- Affinity with HR systems and digital tools
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM is an advantage
- Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
