A new manufacturing Partner would like to find a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the company's human resource strategy and managing the operation.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze training needs with line managers and plan interventions.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and company regulations.
- Ensure and monitor the effective work of the HR generalist
- Coordinate HR office activities and improve employee services.
- Plan and coordinate organizational & process development projects
- Manage relationships with trade unions and external organizations.
- Maintain external relations with authorities regarding HR matters.
- Coordinate the preparation of the personnel budget (headcount, labour costs, salary increase etc.)
We're looking for you, if:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- You possess 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- You have a strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- You have proven track record in HR controlling.
- You are proficient in English.
- You are willing to travel occasionally.
