Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionThe Impact You Will Make As the strategic pilot of our investment operations, you will:
- Lead & Inspire: Coach and develop a multi-disciplinary group of Team Leads across Trade Ops, Asset Servicing, Treasury, and more
- Strategize: Align departmental objectives with global organizational goals to stay ahead of the curve
- Innovate: Drive process improvements and champion best practices that mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate: Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, portfolio managers, and global stakeholders
- Execute: Represent the department in audits and high-level management forums, ensuring we always deliver world-class service
