First Line Analysts (Service Desk Agents) are key members of the front-line support team, responsible for identifying and delivering effective solutions to users’ technical issues. Pozíció leírása / Job description- Providing technical support through multiple channels (ticketing system, phone, and email) to users across Europe
- Identifying and resolving IT-related issues encountered during regular office work
- Ensuring precise documentation and tracking of all incidents in the ticketing tool
- Escalating complex cases to second-line or specialist teams when necessary
- Playing an active role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- intermediate knowledge in English and fluency in German
