In this role, you’ll be the voice of the company, providing crucial support to customers. You'll answer incoming calls, handle service requests via email and customer portals, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Your attention to detail will be key as you manage cases, coordinate technician schedules for the next day, and process jobs in the internal system.
You won’t just be answering phones; you'll be a vital part of a collaborative team, contributing to seamless operations and helping to build strong customer relationships. You'll learn essential skills in logistics and operations, gaining experience that will set you up for future success.
Answer customer calls and emails in German, providing professional support.
Handle service requests via portals, ensuring timely logging and compliance.
Enter and track requests in the internal system.
Schedule service visits and aftersales appointments, even during night hours.
Coordinate technician workloads for the next day.
Assign and log maintenance jobs accurately.
Monitor and update open cases in internal and client systems.
Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication.
Collaborate across shifts for smooth operations.
Communicate with subcontractors and internal teams for issue resolution.
Validate proof of delivery documents.
Generate regular and ad-hoc customer reports.
Fluent in spoken and written German. Intermediate English is also required.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working outside standard hours.
A team player with excellent communication and smooth shift handover skills.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure.
Knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook is a plus.
