Our partner is a globally renowned multinational conglomerate and a leading player in the IT Infrastructure Services sector. As one of the largest and most established business support hubs in Budapest, they foster a highly diverse and mature corporate environment, employing professionals from nearly 100 different nationalities. To support their expanding operations across major industries like manufacturing, banking, and retail, they are currently looking for a French-speaking IT Service Desk Analyst.
This position operates on a 24/7 rotational schedule to ensure continuous global support. The shifts consist of 12-hour coverage on weekdays (07:00–19:00) and 6-hour coverage on Saturdays (07:00–13:00). The role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days of Home Office per week, based in modern offices in Budapest (District 11).

Multi-Channel Remote Support: Provide high-quality, remote technical assistance to end-users via telephone, email, and chat.

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an IT Support, HelpDesk, or Service Desk Agent role is strictly required.
Language Skills (French): Near-native or business-level fluency (C1 level) in French, as this will be your primary working and support language.
Language Skills (English): Strong communication proficiency (B2 level) in English for interviews, internal onboarding, and global training sessions.
Solid familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office 365 environments, and core network troubleshooting concepts.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to translate technical solutions clearly and assertively to clients.
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma is required; a university or college degree is a distinct advantage.
Legal Status: Must possess a valid, current right to work in Hungary.
