Join their dynamic but stable team as a Finance Director; this role is a mandate for strategic influence, requiring a leader capable of driving both operational excellence and financial transformation within a complex, multinational environment.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Strategic Financial Governance: Define and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with Group targets. This includes value generation, cost efficiency, cash generation and rigorous risk control.
- Corporate Finance and Stewardship: Maintain executive responsibility for all financial activities, including accounting, controlling, treasury, and taxation. Oversee cash flow management, debt structure, capital allocation and funding strategies to ensure long-term liquidity and sustainable growth.
- Driving Digital Transformation: Champion the modernization of financial processes, promoting data-driven management and leading the digital transformation of controlling and reporting systems (including optimization within a planned SAP S4Hana environment.)
- M&A and Growth Support: Actively support Group M&A processes, including due diligence, risk assessment, and integration, to facilitate strategic expansion and business diversification.
- Leadership and Compliance: Direct a high-performing finance and administrative team and ensure full compliance with local legal obligations, tax regulations, and international accounting standards, reporting directly to shareholders and Group management.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO/Finance Director), preferably in a medium-sized and/or multinational environment.
- Proven expertise in leading the financial function at a country or cluster level.
- University degree in Economics/Finance.
- Solig knowledge of IFRS and HAS accounting standards.
- Excellent English language skills both in oral and written.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems; ERP implementation experience and SAP knowledge is a huge advantage.
- Excellent leadership skills (fast decision-making, results-orientation, strategic thinking.)
- Excellent communicational and negotiation skills and a "hands-on" attitude.
