Pozíció leírása / Job description- Design and develop control systems for electronic braking and other electro-mechanical smart systems.
- Write custom control logic and algorithms to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, and functional safety to define system behavior and requirements.
- Use real-time simulation tools (MIL, SIL, HIL) to test and refine control strategies.
- Ensure compliance with functional safety standards like ISO 26262.
- Support risk assessment processes and develop safety protocols.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electro-mechanical and electro-pneumatic systems.
- Prepare high-quality technical documentation, including system schematics and user manuals.
- At least 7 years of experience in control system development for mechatronics, electro-pneumatic, or electrical systems.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in braking control software (ABS, EBS, ESC, BFD) for air brake or pneumatic systems.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, including longitudinal, lateral, and yaw behavior.
- Experience in developing vehicle state estimation algorithms (mass, road grade, etc.).
- Proficiency with model-based development tools like MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow.
- Coding skills in C, C++, and Python.
- Experience with simulation environments such as SimScape, TruckSim, or TruckMaker.
- Practical background in ISO 26262-compliant safety-critical software development.
- Familiarity with the AutoSAR platform and developing application-level software on it.
- Solid understanding of product development and electro-pneumatic components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
