Platform Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for core business applications (Workday, Salesforce).
- Partner with business stakeholders (HR, Finance, Sales) to identify process bottlenecks and translate them into digital solutions.
- Manage the release cycle of platform updates, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value adoption.
Solution Delivery & Innovation
- Lead the design and implementation of integrations and automation using Azure services (Logic Apps, DevOps).
- Explore and pilot new technologies (e.g., AI/ML) to drive continuous improvement in business processes.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of enterprise platforms.
Change Management & Adoption
- Drive user adoption through effective change management, training, and communication strategies.
- Ensure that digital solutions deliver measurable business value and ROI.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Strong experience in managing enterprise platforms, specifically Workday and/or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services (Integration, Logic Apps) and DevOps principles.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Business language fluency in English.
