digital learning specialist (fixed-term).

Our partner is a global leader in urban mobility and vertical transportation solutions. We are looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to join their team in Budapest for a 2-years fixed-term assignment. 

Training Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of learning activities, from scheduling and organizing to end-to-end administration.

LMS Management: Act as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System, ensuring data accuracy and proper content maintenance.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact for HR, business units, and external training providers to ensure smooth service delivery.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR learning standards, policies, and innovative training solutions.

Reporting & Analytics: Track training participation, monitor spend, and prepare reports on learning performance indicators.

Financial Administration: Manage the purchasing process, including PO creation, invoice tracking, and liaison with external vendors.

Team Support: Assist in regional training planning and provide coaching/mentoring to junior colleagues and trainees.

Degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a comparable field.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations or learning administration, preferably in learning solutions.(including internships or junior roles);

Experience with LMS platforms;

Experience in reporting, data handling, and Excel/Office;

Understanding of operational processes, project coordination, and continuous improvement principles.

Fluent English is required, Hungarian is strongly preferred; additional languages (e.g. German, Spanish, French or Dutch) are an advantage.
