We are currently seeking a highly experienced professional to join a multinational organization as the Deputy Operations Manager for EMEA Shared Services Operations. This pivotal leadership role sits at the heart of our regional operations, ensuring that essential financial and data processes are executed with precision, efficiency, and a focus on continuous improvement.

- Provide strategic leadership, including operational frameworks, resource allocation, and alignment with global standards.
- Act as a primary point of contact for operational matters, collaborating with stakeholders from entry-level staff to executive leadership.
- Attract, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an environment of accountability, trust, and proactive succession planning.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead regional change initiatives, ensuring that adjustments to processes and technologies are smoothly implemented.
- Partner with Digital Leadership to prioritize digital investments aimed at enhancing controls and customer satisfaction.
- Manage regional operations budgets, forecasting, and financial health while ensuring strict adherence to SOX compliance and risk management standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance-related operations, with proven expertise in managing complex shared services functions.
- Demonstrated success in leading organizations with multiple hierarchical levels and large workforces (100–200 employees).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge strategic vision and tactical execution.
- Expertise in process improvement and a track record of driving digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to brief high-level management effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity and a collaborative, open-minded leadership style.
