Our partner, a global life sciences company and one of the top players in the research and diagnostics space, is expanding its Budapest-based team and looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a multilingual regional team and shape customer service operations across several countries.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Lead and support 4 direct reports (supervisors) managing approx. 30+ customer service professionals across the UK, France, Spain, and Portugal. 
- Oversee day-to-day order management, ensuring accuracy, on-time processing, and high customer satisfaction. 
- Be the escalation point for complex cases, working closely with sales and supply chain teams. 
- Monitor and improve performance through KPI tracking, BI reports, and advanced Excel analytics. 
- Use your SAP (E1P) experience to drive process improvements and resolve order-related issues. 
- Act as a coach and mentor—help your team grow through continuous development and supportive leadership. 
- Lead internal projects related to customer experience, tools, and processes. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless order-to-delivery journey. 
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a Customer Service or SSC environment. 
- A hands-on, people-focused leader who can motivate and empower teams. 
- Fluent English is a must; French or other second language is a plus. 
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (E1P), BI reporting, CRM tools, and Excel. 
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. 
- Experience in e-commerce, online order management, or multinational settings is highly valued.
