We're looking for a new Customer Care & Sales Support Associate colleague to join our partner's Budapest-based team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, conducting diverse tasks and would like to gain experience in a dynamic environment, this position could be a great fit for you.

Your tasks will include:
...- carrying out sales support work daily
- responding directly to customer requests by phone or email
- ordering and recording card orders and toll payment devices
- answering the request of the Field Sales by phone or e-mail
- processing incoming contracts and orders in a timely manner
- the presentation of products and services to existing corporate customers
- performing all necessary activities and tasks in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
system and Salesforce - keeping daily contact with HQ
- preparing reports
Elvárások / Requirements
- strong middle level English and fluent Hungarian language skills
- great communication and negotiation skills
- ability to handle objections in customer discussions
- an eye for details and sense of urgency
- ability to work independently and in a team
- good analytical and problem-solving skills
