Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three.
Financial Strategy & Analysis: Develop financial models and forecasts, providing monthly management reporting with actionable insights and recommendations to global leadership.
Operational Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process across the entire value chain—from Purchasing and Production to Commercial Operations.
Transformation & Innovation: Drive the implementation of new systems, AI, and automation to eliminate manual work and optimize processes.
Strategic Business Partnering: Support strategic investments, expansions, M&A activities, and operational improvements through rigorous cost-benefit analysis.
Hands-on Controlling: Beyond delegating, you will actively put together forecasts, P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports while deep-diving into SAP data.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business controlling, including a strong background in industrial/plant environments.
Language: Fluent English is a must; German language skills are a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency (specifically the ability to extract and interpret raw data).
Soft Skills: An energetic, "proactive hunter" mindset. Resilience and diplomacy. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
