Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionAs our Financial Controller, you are the "North Star" of our financial processes. You’ll ensure our inventory valuation is pitch-perfect and our reports are the bedrock of our business decisions. You won't just track numbers - you’ll optimize them.
Your Key responsibilities:
- Inventory Master: Handle monthly stock corrections, reconcile physical vs. system data, and manage valuations (cost, market value, obsolescence).
- Strategic Analyst: Identify slow-moving or excess stock and propose smart optimization strategies.
- Reporting Guru: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages in line with Hungarian accounting standards and corporate policy.
- Forward Thinker: Drive the annual budgeting process, create monthly forecasts, and maintain cash flow projections to keep our liquidity rock-solid.
- Cost Collaborator: Partner with plant management to analyze inventory costs and find ways to lean out operations.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (ACCA/CPA is a huge plus!).
- Experience: Proven track record in financial accounting, reporting, and controlling - specifically with a focus on inventory.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced MS Office skills and a knack for financial analysis tools.
- Communication: Fluent Hungarian and active professional English.
- Mindset: Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
