Pozíció leírása / Job description
Monitor and operate cloud infrastructure.
Provide technical assistance in cloud migrations
Troubleshooting issues in the operational environments, including follow-up problem resolution, root cause analysis and change implementation
Support the implementation of Azure Landing Zones to establish secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Perform operational tasks for multiple services and technologies according to agreed SLA levels
Create knowledge articles that can help to troubleshoot platform related issues
Maintain and monitor the healthy sate of end-customer environments
Update support and operational documentation as required.
Integrate monitoring solutions with internal Incident management people, process and tools.
Gather requirements and provide continuous feedback loops between IT security and the Cloud CoE team
Elvárások / Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working within an infrastructure operations team in a large enterprise environment
- Relevant experience in infrastucture administration
- Strong interest in cloud solutions (Azure)
- Awareness of ITSM frameworks (Support, Delivery and Implementation)
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Windows or Linux based solutions
- Experience with Firewalls and IT security
- Experience with networks (OSI layers, TCP/IP, Routes, VPN)
- Experience with DevOps tools is an advantage (Azure DevOps and Terraform)
