We are looking for a Accounts Payable Subject Matter Expert.

• Lead and oversee AP operations during migration and business-as-usual periods, ensuring full compliance with policies and regulations.

• Drive process improvements and lead efficiency initiatives across the team.

• Ensure team is adequately staffed, trained, and supported with a clear backup structure.

• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to enhance team engagement and development.

• Set clear operational goals (SMART) and create a high-performance, motivating environment.

• Plan and balance team workload to meet deadlines and business needs effectively.

• Handle team integration, training coordination, and general administrative tasks.

• Manage escalations and support both internal and external audits.

• Monitor key metrics, ensure quality standards, and drive the team towards monthly targets.

• Take ownership of strategic projects and contribute to continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and analysis.

Elvárások / Requirements

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including 3+ years in a global Shared Services environment

• Fluent English is essential; French or German is a plus

• Strong analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

• Confident with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office tools

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and administrative support

• Skilled in data analysis and reporting

• Effective communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and leading daily operations

• Able to engage with stakeholders up to FSSC Manager level
