For our growing AI and Analytics team, we are looking for an innovative AI & Analytics Solution Engineer. You will identify business opportunities for AI, design intelligent
solutions, and build modern analytics and chatbot applications that create measurable business value.

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and analytics use cases with business stakeholders.
• Design and develop internal AI chatbot solutions and dashboard integrations.
• Build external customer-facing chatbot and self-service solutions.
• Develop AI-powered applications using modern cloud and generative AI technologies.
• Translate business challenges into user-centric digital solutions.
• Establish scalable deployment and operational processes for AI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business experts, IT teams, and data specialists.
• Drive additional AI and analytics initiatives from concept to implementation

Elvárások / Requirements

• Several years of experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including solutions you have taken into production — not only prototypes or proof of concepts.
• Solid hands-on experience with RAG architectures, including embeddings, vector databases, chunking strategies, and context design.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, in particular Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Search, plus deployment via Azure Functions or Container Apps.
• Strong command of Python, API development such as FastAPI, and at least one orchestration framework such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Design of conversational applications, including multi-turn dialogue, fallback and escalation logic, and integration into existing service channels.
• Systematic quality assurance for LLM applications, including test sets, evaluation metrics, and regression testing.
• Implementation of grounding and guardrails to safeguard customer-facing applications.
• Experience facilitating use-case discovery with business units and designing user- centric solutions.
• German at C1 level or above and business-fluent English.
