We are currently looking for a Administrative Assistant to support our partner's HR operations on a fixed-term basis for 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable international experience, contribute to impactful work.
Pozíció leírása / Job description
Review, verification, and filing of HR data and records
- Review and validate HR data from required sources
- Accurately file and maintain records in the appropriate HR systems (e.g. Service Gateway)
- Ensure all transactions are processed in line with established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Adhere to case management guidelines, SOPs, and defined timelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
Productivity and SLA adherence
- Plan, prioritize, and manage workload efficiently based on case volume and deadlines
- Ensure timely and error-free processing of all requests
- Monitor SLA performance on a monthly basis
- Use daily reports and tracking systems to manage and balance workload effectively
Mailing and supplies coordination
- Track, process, and manage all required mailings for the unit
- Maintain an ordering mechanism for office supplies and related materials
Ad hoc projects and additional support
- Participate in and support ad hoc projects as assigned by the team
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required to support business needs
- Completion of secondary education (having a university degree is an advantage)
- A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience required
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
