Our partner, who is a global leader dealing with engineering technology, is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Admin Specialist to join their pioneering team at Nyíregyháza.
Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionThe HR Admin Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the new plant's operations, focusing primarily on HR administration and general office management.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Assist in handling employee visa, residence permit, social security, and personal income tax (PIT) procedures.
Coordinate the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
General Administration:
Manage daily administrative tasks such as processing financial reimbursements, document filing, and contract management.
Support general logistics and office management.
Manage procurement for office supplies and facility-related matters.
Ad-hoc Support:
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Basic knowledge and understanding of human resources and administrative procedures.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for communication with international colleagues (knowledge of Hungarian or Mandarin is a significant advantage).
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
