Our partner, a Germany-based software company specialized in innovative planning tools for the interior design industry, is expanding its support team in Hungary. They are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their small, dedicated international team and support users of a unique planning software.

Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionBe the first point of contact for German-speaking users (homeowners, designers, and resellers)
Assist with general software use, basic setup, and “how-to” questions
Provide L1 support and walk users through solutions in a clear and helpful way
Handle inquiries via phone, chat or email—mainly in German
Collaborate with the international support team (Germany & Hungary)
Native-level or full professional German skills
Solid communication skills and a supportive, patient attitude
Comfortable with digital tools and learning new software
Approx. 2–5 years of experience in a support/helpdesk/customer care role
Bonus points if you have experience with design software tools
Proactive mindset, comfortable in a smaller-team structure
Good English for mainly internal communication
- Dutch/French language knowledge is a plus
