- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software problems.
- Follow escalation procedures for unresolved cases.
- Provide accurate, timely support and adjust communication to the customer’s technical level.
- Share product and service information per call handling protocols.
- Resolve contacts efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Escalate issues as needed per client procedures.
- Ensure data privacy compliance.
- Maintain positive communication with customers, team, and partners.
Elvárások / Requirements
Previous experience in Technical Support or similar field is an advantage but we also welcome entry-level candidates
Fluent German and middle level English knowledge
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Highly customer focused attitude
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent time and people management skills
