Our multinational partner specialized in fuel products is now looking for a long term Italian speaking Customer Service Representative.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

In this position you would be:

  • monitoring and executing product movement from origin facilities to destination tankage
  • managing customer inquiries and complaints
  • communicating supply shortages and technical disruptions to customers and to Refineries, Terminals, Sales & Trading, Optimization
  • managing inventories
  • ensuring effective operations
  • documenting movements in SAP
  • ensuring understanding and compliance with applicable customs regulations, with import-export documentation requirements
  • supporting refinery, and terminal volume growth initiatives and projects
  • understanding customer needs 
  • responsible for all aspects of Demurrage and oil loss claims including the timely and accurate filing, analyzing and settlement of claims in line with contractual terms and conditions
  • part of transformational digitalization projects in the Supply Chain area.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • advanced level of English and Italian
  • a degree in any field (preferably in logistics, business administration, economics or engineering)
  • 0-3 years of experience 
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • team player attitude, proactive, motivated, open personality
