Pozíció leírása / Job description

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

- Managing end-to-end processes, overseeing procedures
- answering incoming calls or emails (depending on the profile of your future team)
- Checking and correcting mistakes
- Making data modifications in contracts
- You will have the opportunity of getting an insight into other departments' operation


Elvárások / Requirements

- Fluent in English and a second language (German/French/Italian/Dutch/Czech/Slovak)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Problem-solving, result orientation
- Fresh graduates are more than welcome to apply
