Manage, coordinate and control all Transactional Accounting and Management Reporting outcomes. Financial reporting to be provided in accordance with local legislation, group policies and strategic objectives, and must strictly comply with the company’s obligations as well as contribute to sustained business profitability.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Contribute with own expertise of Reporting and Accounting, to the development of a long-term business strategy
• Manage, co-ordinate and control all Transactional Accounting and Management Reporting outcomes
• Plan, coordinate and control each monthly accounting close, as well as the elaboration and reporting of accounting information both internally and externally
• Coordinate reporting, providing all the necessary information for decision-making purposes
• Coordinate and control the preparation of the consolidated Management Reports
• Work collaboratively with other leaders to ensure the delivery of performance and service objectives
• Manage effective and rigorous controls over accounting and reporting function to ensure full compliance with standards, regulatory obligations and data integrity
• Lead, guide and direct the team and contribute to the development of a standardization, continuous improvement and customer focused culture
• Manage employees/teams including recruitment, performance management and career development

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in accounting, finance
• 8-10 years of experience in Accounting & Transactional Finance, preferably within an FMCG company
• Excellent communication skills and working usage of English
• Good understanding of ERP Accounting Systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Proven leader with experience of developing, motivating and managing teams on the location and of coordinating work with remote teams;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence solutions at a senior level
• Proactive in identifying and solving problems/issues;
• Experience of leading change programs
