Our partner is a leading global technology company that energizes the transformation of society and industry to achieve a more productive, sustainable future. We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

  • Selling products, systems and services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for the assigned (utility&rail) customer base
  • Maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Preparing sales plans using company tools, performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
  • Supporting segment leaders in assessing the market trends, customers, competitors, industries, applications and country analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes, and supporting collection and project management activities when needed
  • Preparing offers, public procurement tenders in coordination with the Sales Support Team, ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions

Elvárások / Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering
  • Min. 6 years of experiences in similar position at comparable value chain organization
  • Solid knowledge and experience in the field of medium voltage (equipment and devices)
  • Understanding how the assigned customer base applies products, systems and services to generate business value
  • Understanding customer ecosystem and key stakeholder groups in the assigned market (Utility & Rail)
  • Commercial experience, knowledge of general terms and conditions of commercial contracts on assigned market
  • User level knowledge of digital tools (MS applications, CRM systems)
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
