We serve our client's system as a strategic supplier to all restaurants, deploying in over 119 countries and over 35,000 locations worldwide.
We provide software development, testing, deployment and support services for POS (point-of-sale) and related software applications that focus on the overall crew and customer experience,
resulting in improved operations in the restaurants. Our Development Centers are in São Paulo (Brazil), Budapest and Debrecen (Hungary), as well as support centers (Centers of Excellence) in Australia, Europe, Japan, and the U.S.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Primary task is to provide support in connection with the following fields:
⁻ 3rd party software integration
⁻ user acceptance tests
⁻ complete product portfolio
• Sets requirements towards testers
• Participates on daily calls
• Builds rapport with stakeholders
• Provides support in connection with product/system
• Provides support for internal and external customers
(3rd party companies, customer, local development
teams, 2nd and 3rd level support teams, etc)


Elvárások / Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
• Expected professional knowledge of:
- Object Oriented Programming
- XML
- SQL
- JAVA/ .NET 4.0
- Linux or Windows server administration

Advantage:
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Change Management and Problem Management
Processes

• Active English knowledge
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in product
support and/or development
• Team worker
• Problem solving skills
• Willing to travel abroad
