Our partner is a leading member of the global communication & telecommunication services sector. For their regional operations centre we are looking for a talented Lead Service Designer who would be capable being the leading point of designing custom solutions from scratch to global clients.

Pozíció leírása / Job description


- You will prepare, deliver and manage input to service design solutions, based on type of work definitions; using the agreed Win New Business processes and documents to the required standards and timescales

- You will contribute in providing a “Right First Time” quality service response to bids, supporting completion of risk registers, caveats and assumptions and costs with an auditable approval trail.

- You will need to ensure that solutions are aligned with the overall deal strategy and with the business outcomes

- You'll ensure that solutions are aligned with the relevant governance, compliance & assurance processes (with functional approvals where necessary)

-You will make sure that the solution costs accurately reflect the approved solution design and that such costs have been optimized wherever possible using standard processes
- You will ensure that delivery plans align with the solution design and that any key delivery risks are highlighted & understood

You'll have responsibility for all aspects of the end-to-end Service Design with a demonstrable level of expertise and capability

Soft skills:
Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must


- Customer Facing experience is a must
- 7+ years experience in IT (Service Desk, Service Management, etc roles) is a must
- ITIL is an advantage
- Excellent English is a must
- German is a must
