One of our biggest client in energy sector is looking for a Process Architect to Budapest.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Responsible for managing a team to support the delivery of a wide range of business activities, supporting the development and delivery of the relevant strategy, plans and performance, advancing the agenda by working closely with the Functions, providing business oversight and operational assurance, and ensuring that standards, policies and procedures are fit for purpose and working effectively.

- The Process Architect will engage with key stakeholders within the Global Process Owner and Transformation teams to hold iterative process assessments for their respective functions or business areas, ensuring alignment on optimization outcomes
- Collaborating with GPO’s, Transformation initiatives and product owners to collate automation opportunities
- Conduct analysis to define the impact of process improvements, particularly process standardization initiatives that either enhance or enable an automation requirement
- Assist in the execution of continuous improvement projects and ensure robust business cases are in place against each automation
- Support project team and stakeholders in decision making and sign-off of future process designs
- Documenting the businesses requirements for automation, which will go forward to automation development through the Automation CoE

Elvárások / Requirements

- Minimum 6 years relevant business experience and knowledge of existing business support activities required
- Working experience in operations lead role, preferably in Business Service Center environment
- Innovative mindset and ability to take assertive actions
Strong Stakeholder management skillset, ability to build relationship with senior leaders
- Ability to drive activities independently, pro-active attitude
- Experience in working with waterfall and/or agile projects
- Excellent English knowledge
- RPA and DevOps experience is a plus
- RPA tool and SAP knowledge is nice to have
