We are looking for an Intermediate Integration Management Coordinator for our international client, AGT - Aegon Global Technology Hungary It Service Kft.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

Primary Purpose of the Position is to manage customers’ Integration Management and Software Deployment requests.
- Provide application management for desktop and Citrix related applications for Aegon/Transamerica
- Manage application portfolios
- Gather business and technical requirements for new and existing applications
- Coordinate application user acceptance testing
- Manage divisional relationships
- Coordinate application deployments


Key Duties, Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business requestors on their software requests, determining specific (and documented) details of the requests and also targeted users/systems.
- Perform the software deployment of the request to the necessary systems. High-level troubleshooting and pattern analysis performed as the deployment is going & completes.
- Responsible for updating the proper tools, tracking installations, high-level remediations and pattern analysis.

Position Guidelines:
- Understands and follows standards, policies, and procedures.
- Gather basic technical and business application requirements.
- Capable of applying and utilizing existing desktop tools with limited assistance.
- Coordinate basic application configuration, testing, and deployments with limited assistance.
- Manage and maintain system of record for application portfolio including asset management
- Follows and adheres to change management practices and principles
- Capable of creating documentation on basic desktop functions.
- Basic understanding of all desktop applications.
- Basic understanding of desktop tools and support management
- Participates successfully on a project team with minimal assistance.
- Performs basic quality control on application management processes
- Manages basic scope and change control through application management process



Elvárások / Requirements

- Knowledge of software components, experience supporting distributed systems and previous customer support experience is preferred. 
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree, or equivalent knowledge is preferred.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with knowledge of project management or business analysis

- Must show initiative in completing work with limited supervision
- Will participate in project-related activities and meetings
- Must be able to manage priorities and workload appropriately
- Must demonstrate proven ability to train team members on new procedures and processes
- Ability to handle ambiguity in assigned work
- Proven ability to work across teams in high-stress situations
- Proven ability to gather both technical and business requirements
- Ability to coordinate application testing and deployments
