- Monitoring and addressing incoming customer needs and requests
- Coordinating shipments and documentation
- Collaborating with teams to resolve issues
- Maintaining compliance and records
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience and related supply chain experience
- Ability to mentor, coach, and lead a team effectively
- Proficient in PC skills and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Advanced English skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
