The Business Unit Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization focusing on new product development, productivity and quality assurance issues.

• Managing the business operations and ensure all procedures align with company policies and standards.
• Being the first point of contact for external manufacturers
• Defining strategies to improve operational workflows
• Supporting the implementation  of new product line processes in a manufacturing environment
• Project management to provide solutions to efficiency

Elvárások / Requirements 

• Bsc or Msc degree in engineering
• High level of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience is a leadership role/s
• High level fluent English knowledge
• Project-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of Lean Principles and Six Sima Training is an advantage
