Our partner is a real estate consultancy with more than 35 years of professional experience. They have several offices in Europe and are currently looking to expand their team with a SENIOR ANALYST in the Hungarian office.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• The Candidate individually, or in close cooperation with other team members, is
  expected to speak with potential clients, identify opportunities, execute
  transactions in the office, industrial, hotel and retail investment sectors.
• The Role will include the execution of:
  Investment Sales: Sale of single assets, portfolios: from pre-offering due diligence to marketing campaigns, negotiations, due-diligence, and on through closing.
  Investment Acquisitions: Representing clients for single assets and portfolios,from research-based advice on sector and location, due diligence, and acquisition.
  Advisory: Conducting complex analyses supported by industry expertise
• The Candidate is expected to develop strong relationships with local / regional /international developers, investors, owners.
• The Candidate is expected to contact potential new clients as an important part of business development for the short to medium term future.
• The Candidate will evaluate investment opportunities based on market research,carry out financial modelling, write market commentary, create and write marketing materials including investment memoranda and summary data packs.
• The Candidate will manage transaction processes, including negotiating with clients, working with delivery teams and coordinating with third parties (legal,regulatory, specialist advisors etc.)

Elvárások / Requirements

• Relevant experience (at least 3 years) in real estate investment/banking/private equity/corporate finance.
• A solid experience and track record of business development and/or origination of new business opportunities (a “deal-maker”).
• Corporate Finance skills would be considered a bonus. A clear understanding of debt and basic deal structuring principles are important
•  Ideally a qualified property professional (RICS or CFA).
