Pozíció leírása / Job description- Ensure compliance with finance policies and procedures.
- Support internal and external audit recommendations.
- Assist in financial policy design and review.
- Provide accounting services and reconcile bank statements.
- Review travel reports and staff payroll.
- Offer financial advice to unit managers.
- Monitor cash forecasts and spending.
- Manage treasury to mitigate risks.
- Organize payments efficiently.
- Assist in processing signatory changes.
- Prepare cash requests for review.
- 2 years of relevant professional experience (i.e. finance and
administration). - Experience in working under remote management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Hungarian.
- Financial management skills.
- Self-driven, service-minded, and able to multi-task, prioritize and deliver to deadlines.
- Focused on quality and standards, results, and accountability.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting concepts.
- 15 days of fully paid sick leave/ calendar year
