They are currently seeking a future colleague for the position of QC Laboratory Leader, who will collaborate with them to uphold the high-quality standards that the company sets in the industry.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

As a QC Laboratory Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of your team as well as managing the key performance indicators regarding the day-to-day work. Your tasks will include:

• Calculating the necessary resources for optimal functioning
• Implementing short to long-term action plans to increase the performance, overall quality and safety within your team
• Defining and updating quality control procedures and instructions
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with the industry standards
• Coordinating analytical transfers and the launch of new products
• Overseeing the accuracy of all product data in the information management system
• Preparing for and participating in the inspections and audits
• Being a deputy for the Head of QC
• Establishing a training system for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Elvárások / Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

• University or bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant field
• Quality or laboratory related experience in the pharmaceutical field
• Experience and confidence in a leadership position
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Determined personality, solution oriented mindset and good time management skills
