Pozíció leírása / Job description- Recruitment & Onboarding - Prepare and manage recruitment processes including the onboarding and offboarding.
- Policies and Process Optimization - Provide support to the company including on various employment law issues. Knowledge of the Hungarian and the global labor law system is a strong advantage.
- Employee Relations - Manage all aspects of HR function throughout the whole lifecycle of employees.
- Performance review process - Coach managers and work with employees on career guidance and growth.
- Compensation, benefits management and administration - Work on salary and benefits management and administration.
- Learning & Development - Manage the internal training programs.
- HR administration and systems compliance - Ensure the HR system and HR policies are up to date and accurate.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Min. 3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist or similar role
- Excellent (oral and written) knowledge of English is a must!
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player but also has the ability to work independently
- Multi-tasking and proactive personality
