    We are currently seeking a skilled professional to augment our Tax team as a Senior Tax Specialist (Transfer Pricing Focus). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the company's tax planning and risk management endeavors, with a sharp focus on transfer pricing, aligning with our strategic objectives.

    Pozíció leírása / Job description
    • Collaborate in defining transfer pricing strategies and prices for the company, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
    • Develop intricate pricing models for unique intragroup transactions.
    • Evaluate and provide insights on pricing for intercompany arrangements.
    • Support compliance processes for group-level transfer pricing, including documentation and reporting.
    • Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of advance pricing agreements and (binding) rulings.

    Further Responsibilities:

    • Provide transfer pricing support for critical activities like acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and other significant projects.
    • Innovate and propose tax-saving ideas, process enhancements, and identify tax risks, offering solutions to mitigate them.
    • Stay informed about major tax legislation changes in the company's operating jurisdictions.
    Elvárások / Requirements
    • Degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics, or related field from a reputable university or college.
    • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in transfer pricing.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and directives.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
    • Tax advisor (OKJ) qualification and accounting knowledge (IFRS, HAS) are advantageous.
