Our partner is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Investment Operation Specialists. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks, including:

• Outsourcing externally managed funds
• Daily reconciliation of holdings
• Validation checks for cash-avisi and forwarding information on expected cash movements
• Initial and regular Due Diligence
• Requesting and monitoring collateral management information
• Monitoring incoming Swift messages
• Claim management with a focus on support and solution-finding
• Ensuring compliance with investment rules
• Reconciliation of derivative positions for all investment funds

Elvárások / Requirements

• a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• fluent English language proficiency
• strong analytical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies

Additional Qualifications:

• experience in using SWIFT
• Proficiency in the German language
