Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionWe are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Group Sourcing Manager. In this role, you will act as the strategic link connecting our various European plants (including Germany, Spain, and Hungary) to optimize our global supplier network.
- High Visibility & Direct Impact: You will work directly with executive leadership and company General Managers across Europe, making a tangible impact on the group’s expansion.
- International Exposure: This isn't a "desk job." You will spend 1–2 weeks per month traveling across Europe, the US, and APAC to audit suppliers and align with local engineering and purchasing teams.
- An Entrepreneurial Sandbox: If you love finding hidden synergies, standardizing categories (from electronics and PCBAs to metals and plastics), and leveraging collective buying power, you will have the autonomy to build this function your way.
- Synergy Identification: Map out and identify common components (semiconductors, PCBAs, electromechanical parts) across all group companies.
- Global Procurement Leverage: Consolidate regional spend data to negotiate high-volume, group-wide framework agreements that drive commercial value.
- Supplier Performance & Risk Management: Evaluate, qualify, and audit preferred international suppliers while developing dual-sourcing strategies to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Cross-Company Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to localized purchasing specialists and engineering teams during new product developments.
We are looking for a dynamic professional who thrives on the "doing" as much as the "planning." This role is perfect for a strong Senior Buyer or Category Manager looking to step into a group-level leadership position.
- Background: 3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain—ideally within electronics manufacturing, technical components, or related technical industries.
- Skillset: Proven track record in international supplier negotiations and contract management. You know how to read spend data and turn it into a negotiation strategy.
- Mindset: Culturally intelligent, highly adaptable, and comfortable working within a multi-entity structure.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Mobility: Ready and willing to travel internationally 1–2 weeks per month.
