equal opportunities for all.

To promote equal opportunities, we offer our colleagues a range of internal training on diversity and inclusion. These cover topics such as equality, diversity, inclusion, combating exclusion, and avoiding bias and group bias in their work.

support for refugees.

We are working with various organizations on a project that aims to help refugees settle and find work in Hungary. We support refugees to find work at all levels. To facilitate this, we have set up a Ukrainian-language subpage with the most important information and relevant jobs, and we have a Ukrainian-speaking colleague to help them find a job.

flexible work.

We believe it is important to provide flexible working opportunities for our colleagues. We regularly send our colleagues on maternity leave newsletters with the most important organizational news to ensure that they are informed during their inactive period, and they are also invited to all company events (team building, Christmas dinner). They have the opportunity to participate in projects during this period, subject to availability. When they return to work, they can catch up on all the training they have missed and it is possible to work 4, 6, or 8-hour shifts by mutual agreement.

supporting young people.

In 2023, we have partnered with Hungarian higher education institutions to promote youth employment. We are cooperating with 11 universities from all over the country. Within this initiative, we organize lectures for students, participate in job fairs, promote vacancies through university newsletters, and encourage students to apply for our internship program. 67 trainees have worked with us through the internship program, 6 of them have continued their careers at Randstad as Junior Consultants.

wellbeing.

To promote health, we provide private health insurance for all our colleagues, which can be extended to family members and free health screening is available to all employees. The Well-Being Team helps the team to maintain mental health with a range of programs and useful hints, as well as weekly autogenic training and a refreshing massage at the office. Regular sports events are also available in various sessions.

corporate social responsibility.

Randstad Hungary's CSR team consists of the Randstad with Heart team and the VSO team, affiliated to two global initiatives. In the spirit of social responsibility, we offer all our colleagues the opportunity to volunteer 8 hours a year. This involves volunteering for a variety of NGOs with activities such as waste collecting, gardening, painting walls, career advice and fundraising for people in need.
