In case of sales-oriented roles where the fix base salary is extended with performance-based variable elements as well please add one month bonus to your monthly gross base salary/extend your monthly gross base salary with one month bonus to get a realistic comparison. In case of such roles the salary calculator shows the gross month salary including an average of 20% bonus. For all positions where a monthly or quarterly (regular) bonus is included in the salary, please do not benchmark the gross salary given by the calculator for that position with your monthly gross salary, but add the monthly / quarterly bonus to your monthly gross salary and so compare.
In case of junior roles we took 0-2 years, in case of medior level 2-5 years, with senior level more than 5 years relevant work experience.
Please note that in addition to the number of years spent in leader positions, salary is affected by the size of the company and the size of the company at which the manager has gained experience. In the same management position, salaries can vary by 30-50% from experience in a small or medium-sized company (so the HR manager of a 150-person company can earn up to 50% less than the HR manager of an organization with 1000+ employees, and the same is true for other leading position).
