We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to join our partner's team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the organization’s data assets. You will serve as a key stakeholder in overseeing data governance processes and ensuring that the information systems support the broader strategic objectives of the company.

- oversee the lifecycle of master data, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
- collaborate with cross-functional departments to refine data governance policies and procedures.
- analyze complex data sets to identify inconsistencies and implement corrective measures.
- provide expert support to internal stakeholders regarding data management best practices.
- ensure all data management activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and internal protocols.
- fluency in German and in English is mandatory for this position.
- proven professional experience in Master Data Management or a related data governance field.
- strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to data accuracy and problem-solving.
- proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and data management software.
- excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- ability to work independently and to prioritize.
