We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join a close-knit team for a long-term maternity cover (minimum 28 months). This is a versatile role where you will manage the full employee lifecycle, balancing operational excellence with strategic retention initiatives.Pozíció leírása / Job description
End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Handling everything from contract preparation and onboarding to offboarding.
Retention & Attrition Management: Actively managing turnover by conducting exit interviews and proposing/implementing retention strategies.
Payroll Preparation: Managing monthly payroll data and coordinating with the external payroll provider.
Benefits & Compensation: Overseeing the Cafeteria system, incentive schemes, and other corporate initiatives.
HR Projects: Participating in local and regional projects (e.g., Performance Management, Talent Development, Compensation reviews).
Employee Relations: Acting as a trusted partner for both employees and managers; maintaining a positive, collaborative culture.
Administration: Keeping electronic and paper-based personnel files up to date and supervising the HR Intern’s work.
Elvárások / Requirements
Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in HR Generalist roles (preferably within an SSC/Multinational environment).
Education: Degree in HR, Economics, or a related field.
Hard Skills: Deep knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law and payroll-related regulations. High-level Excel skills are a must. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
Communication: Fluent English and Hungarian (both written and verbal) is essential for international cooperation.
Personality: Proactive, precise, and able to work independently. You should be someone who enjoys a "global mindset / local action" approach.
