You will support executive leadership by translating complex data into actionable high-level insights.

- Drive strategic workforce planning and monitor headcount alignment on a global scale.
- Conduct cross-functional benchmarking against competitors to identify and execute improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage organizational change and enhance business productivity.
- Proven experience in a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 or similar) or equivalent strategic corporate experience.
- Strong ability to manage high-level stakeholders and translate data into executive-level narratives.
- Exceptional command of English to facilitate communication with global executives.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of driving end-to-end implementation.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Flexibility to travel internationally
