Expert Collaboration: Partner with European stakeholders to identify gaps and create targeted training solutions.

Multimedia Mastery: Use cutting-edge tools to create immersive audio, video, and graphic assets.
Process Leadership: Standardize learning services and drive continuous improvement across the HR portfolio.
Team Mentorship: Coach digital production specialists and lead the onboarding of new team members.
Strategic Ownership: Manage learning projects, track latest trends, and handle evolving business needs.
Educational Background: University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Instructional Design, EdTech, or a related discipline.
Digital Learning Expertise: Extensive experience developing training content using tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and e-learning suites.
Creative Toolset: Proficient in visual design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and Vyond.
Instructional Strategy: Strong grasp of learning principles and the ability to translate complex business needs into engaging digital solutions.
Project Leadership: Proven track record in agile project management, coordinating end-to-end initiatives across diverse, global stakeholder groups.
Professional Execution: Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, complex environments.
Communication & Language: Excellent interpersonal and English skills; additional European languages (like German) are a strong plus.
