The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company's entire IT infrastructure, as well as the design and continuous development of a scalable, secure IT environment that supports business objectives.

Business-Focused IT Strategy: Developing short- and long-term technological roadmaps that directly support business growth.
Operating Model & Team Building: Designing the optimal internal and outsourced structure, defining competency requirements, and building the internal IT team.
Finance & Innovation: Planning and optimizing the IT budget, and continuously researching automation and innovation opportunities.
Service Management: Managing external partners, defining strict SLAs, and ensuring continuous monitoring.
Stability & Hybrid Systems: Securely operating cloud-based and on-premise infrastructures, ensuring Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
Insourcing: Proposing the internalisation of specific functions to increase efficiency.
Project Management: Executing the entire corporate IT project portfolio, including digitalization and process automation (controlling deadlines, costs, and resources).
Partner Management: Operational management of development and system integration vendors.
Data Architecture: Establishing a unified Data Warehouse (DWH) concept, ensuring data integration and consistent data quality.
Business Intelligence: Developing decision-support dashboards and management reporting systems.
Cybersecurity: Operating the information security strategy, controls, and incident management processes.
Sectoral Compliance: Ensuring full compliance with central bank (MNB) recommendations, financial regulations, and GDPR requirements.
Elvárások / Requirements
Education: Higher education degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics.
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the financial sector and the knowledge of relevant security standards is a strong advantage.
Proven track record in IT strategy formulation and management of enterprise systems.
Experience in project and service management.
In-depth knowledge of IT security and compliance.
Experience in data management and Data Warehouse projects is an advantage.
Experience in managing outsourcing service providers is an advantage.
