Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionAs a key leader within their Shared Services function, you won’t just manage a team—you’ll be the guardian of the employee experience and the architect of operational excellence. You will oversee the HR Operations team, collaborating closely with international colleagues to ensure the lifecycle processes are seamless, the data is spotless, and the internal service delivery is world-class.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Team Empowerment
- Lead and mentor the HR Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high-quality service delivery.
- Define clear performance metrics (SLAs/KPIs) and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets the evolving needs of the global business.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and the primary point of contact for complex HR inquiries or sensitive employee relations escalations.
Lifecycle Management & Process Orchestration
- Mastermind the end-to-end employee journey, ensuring seamless execution of onboarding (from contract issuance to system access) and offboarding (from exit protocols to equipment retrieval).
- Maintain the highest standard of data integrity within the HRIS, overseeing the accurate documentation of all organizational changes, including promotions, transfers, and structural updates.
- Identify bottlenecks in administrative workflows and implement lean solutions to enhance the overall employee experience and operational speed.
Global Mobility & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee the coordination of international mobility cases, managing visa and work permit lifecycles in collaboration with specialized vendors and legal counsel.
- Establish proactive tracking mechanisms for compliance deadlines and immigration expiries to mitigate risks for our international workforce.
- Ensure all HR documentation and record-keeping practices remain fully compliant with local labor laws and internal audit requirements.
Business Intelligence & Project Delivery
- Act as a key contributor to global "People Projects," driving initiatives related to system enhancements, policy harmonization, and process automation.
- Transform raw HR data into meaningful insights, providing the leadership team with the reporting necessary for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure a synchronized approach to employee data and internal controls.
- You have at least 5-8 years of proven experience in an HR Operations role.
- You have a track record of leading teams and a demonstrable ability to manage performance and KPIs.
- Business language fluency in English.
- You possess strong proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems (experience with Workday or Greenhouse is a strong plus).
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills and can act as a bridge between employees, managers, and the wider People team.
- You are proactive in handling sensitive information and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
