We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist with a strong focus on Compensation and Benefits to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for our rewards programs, manage external vendors, and support everyday HR operations to ensure our team thrives.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Payroll Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for our 3rd-party payroll provider. You will compile and submit monthly payroll and attendance data, meticulously review the returned calculations for accuracy, and manage all ongoing communication with the vendor.
- Maternity Leave Management: Manage the full administrative process for expecting mothers going on leave and parents returning to work. You will serve as their main point of contact, providing them with necessary information, continuous support, and ensuring a smooth transition both out of and back into the workplace.
- Cafeteria Management: Take full ownership of the Hungarian Cafeteria service. This includes managing employee declarations, educating staff on their options, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Talent Acquisition (Supportive role): Partially support our recruitment efforts by participating in the selection process, interviewing candidates, and assisting with onboarding activities.
- HR Operations & Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for staff regarding HR policies and the Hungarian Labor Code, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Proven background as an HR Generalist, with specific experience in Compensation & Benefits and payroll preparation.
- High attention to detail and an analytical mindset, which is essential for verifying sensitive payroll data.
- An empathetic, people-first approach combined with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
