Our partner is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team within the EMEA region. In this role, you will support HR operations related to Background Screening/Onboarding, ensuring compliance with global standards and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will be an integral part of the HR team, contributing to both operational tasks and process improvements.

Conduct administrative tasks related to Background Screening to ensure compliance with global standards.
Manage candidate and employee interactions, providing guidance throughout the screening process.
Maintain accurate documentation and record management for background screening cases.
Adhere to the Global Background Screening Program guidelines and ensure confidentiality.
Attend regular meetings to align on operational metrics and updates.
Perform data entry, record updates, and follow-up tasks related to background checks.
Talent Acquisition Operations:
Support onboarding activities, including document preparation and data entry.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems.
Assist with creating and updating employee records, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and provide operational support.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and update desktop procedures as needed.
Act as a backup for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during absences and participate in relevant meetings.
Provide proactive support for organizational projects and maintain good relationships with team members.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Background Screening is preferred, BUT fresh graduates are also welcomed!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
